These new and never activated receivers come with all new stuff. These are perfect for upgrade or add a receiver. Programming and other formalities will be done between the customer and DirecTV, Please do not hold us responsible for terms and conditions. We just retail these receivers. Terms and conditions are between customer and Directv. It is the sole discretion of DirecTV to activate under owning or leasing. DirecTV minimum leasing price starts @ $99.00. (Info received from DirecTV) here you just pay $69.99.
Based on my customers info just less than 5% of customers said, they got it activated under leasing. Rest of the customers did not said anything about the leasing or stretch the contract. Hey! Still you are saving money with me. I am selling them $30.00 lesser than the leasing price. The receiver is new with all original packing with new remote and all the new cables. It never been activated before. I check every receiver before it goes out to make sure it is working properly. You just have to call DirecTV and activate it. Since these receivers are never activated and new so a brand new original card comes free with these receivers as well as all the cables, B Band converter etc. Hdmi connection is there but hdmi cable does not come with the box.
